HTC Fetch keeps a check on your precious items

HTC Fetch keeps a check on your precious itemsI am sure many of us tend to misplace items like our keys, bags etc. We often spend lots of time looking for these small items which are hard to find once misplaced. Luckily, HTC has a found a solution to this problem. The Taiwanese company has come up with an interesting device, called as the HTC Fetch. Just like the name states, the device will help you track down your precious item like a briefcase or a key with the help of a Bluetooth connection with your smartphone.

So, how exactly does this device work? The HTC Fetch pairs up with your smartphone via Bluetooth. When the device is within 15m, you can use its smartphone app to activate an audible noise. The noise will guide you to the item’s exact location. However, there are chances that you won’t hear the sound and in this situation you can check up online for its last known location.

The good thing is that this device even allows you to locate your smartphone. Using the button on the Fetch BL A100, you can remotely take a picture from your smartphone camera and locate it wherever it is lying. Further, the device runs on a replaceable CR2032 battery which has a life span of 6 months, so you don’t have to worry about the device’s maintenance.

The HTC Fetch BL A100 is currently available for sale in UK for £30, but we expect it to be available in other countries soon.
