Although there are plenty of high end to mid range smartphones available in the market, there is a section of population which looks out for a simple, low cost device. For these people, manufacturers like O+ gives them the best value for money option. The company, yesterday released three new entry-level Android based devices in the market namely O+ 8.31z, O+ 8.36z and O+ 8.37.

The O+ 8.31z and O+ 8.36z comes with a 3.5inch screen while the O+ 8.37 features a larger 4.0 inch display. The O+ 8.37 comes with a faster processor too, a 1.2Ghz Dual core one while the other two come with a 1GHz dual core processor. The rest of the features are pretty much the same on all the three devices. So, you’ll find features like 3.2Mp camera, Wireless Software update, Voice SMS, WiFi, 3G, Airshuffle Music, camera and radio apps etc on these devices. Also, they would all run Android 4.2 Jellybean.

Although things like the onboard Ram or even the inbuilt storage has not been specified, the company has said that these devices can be expanded via MicroSD card. They have even bundled a 4GB memory card on the 1Ghz dual core models and an 8GB one for the 1.2Ghz model.

Finally, we come to the trickiest part i.e. the price. We call it tricky because for some unknown reason all the three models cost the same i.e. Php 8,888. But that’s most likely a mistake from the O+ guys, so expect it to be corrected soon.
